Synergy Services, Inc. is a proactive firm that combines quality with safety in the practice of all services we provide to our customers. All Synergy personnel take an active role to insure that each task is designed and performed with safe operations in mind.
Prior to beginning each daily operation our crews meet to perform a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) which also includes a review of Synergy's Stop Work Authority procedures. Stop Work Authority allows any Synergy employee to stop an operation without fear of reprisal if the employee feels it is unsafe. Once Stop Work Authority has been initiated by an employee a tailgate meeting is conducted to review and evaluate the operation to be certain that working conditions and practices are safe, and that no harm or damage to life and/or property will occur. The goal is to provide our customers with the highest Quality of Service in a safe manner that protects personnel, property, and environment at all times.
Synergy's staff of safety professionals regularly review our safety procedures and policies, and insure that Synergy is in compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations. Our safety professionals are available and ready to respond 24/7 to insure proper care for any personnel and/or property impacted by an incident, and that established procedures are initiated to provide our customers with up to date information on the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the incident, the status of personnel and/or property involved, and the findings.
